Facilities at Urlingford Community Centre
We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.
We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email. You can also email us to discuss your needs. Once registered users will have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Dance Hall
Our Dance Hall will accommodate 200 people seated Theatre Style and Approximately 100 people seated at Tables. This Room is ideal for a Funeral Reception or a large Community Gathering and is conveniently located close to our fully equipped catering kitchen. The Dance Hall also accommodates our Community Cinema. This room is ideally suited for Community Concerts, Amateur Dramatics, Touring Theatre Groups, Bingo, Exercise classes (Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics), Martial Arts classes (Tai Chi, Taekwondo) Children’s Birthday Parties, Community Fund Raising events and of course Dancing. The Dance Hall has an independent internal sound system and is also equipped with an independent heating cooling and ventilation system. The room also boasts a suspended maple dance floor.
Radharc an Chaisleáin
Formerly the (Catholic Young Men's Society) CYMS hall, today our Radharc an Chaisleáin / Castle View Room, is the largest Meeting Room in the Centre and will seat 40/50 people Theatre Style. This Room is furnished with a Boardroom Table which will comfortably seat 10 People (an additional table can be provided to increase the seating capacity of the room to 20/25 people) This room is ideal for Larger Meetings, Information Sessions, Small Exercise or Dance Classes, Study Hub, Chair Yoga, Social Dancing, Art Classes. Seomra an Mhuilinn
Our Seomra an Mhuilinn / Mill Room is the smallest of our Meeting Rooms and will comfortably seat 30/35 people Theatre Style. This room is ideal for Small Meetings, Training Courses, Bridge Clubs, Cards Games, Chess Club, Educational Workshops, Arts and Crafts Classes Meditation Sessions Language Classes. This room Opens onto the Lobby area where Tea and Coffee can be served. The Seomra an Mhuilinn / Mill room has an independent internal sound system and is also equipped with an independent heating system.
The Billiards Room
Our Billiards Room is currently under refurbishment. When completed it will be equipped with a full-size Billiards Table suitable for Snooker, Pool and Billiards. The Billiards room has an independent internal sound system and is also equipped with an independent heating system.
